I don't understand how mods work, where I get them from, how to install them or how much I should pay for them. Upon further research I found that a lot of the content that I expected is only available through 'mods'. Especially when I see all of the Youtube videos showing what I expected in the console version only available on PC. I have Skylines on Xbox 1, honestly I'm slightly disappointed with the game play.
